Online therapy for PA residents

Online therapy makes getting support a lot more accessible.
You don’t have to commute, sit in a waiting room, or figure out how to fit another appointment into an already full schedule.

You can show up from wherever you are, which, for a lot of people, makes it easier to feel comfortable and actually engage in the work.

In online sessions at Green Fig, we’re still doing meaningful therapy, understanding patterns, building skills, and working through what’s coming up, just in a way that fits more realistically into your day-to-day life.

Common reasons people choose online therapy

People choose virtual sessions for a lot of different reasons—but most of them come down to making support feel more accessible and easier to fit into real life.

Online therapy allows for:

  • EASIER SCHEDULING No added commute time or rearranging your whole day, especially if you have a busy or unpredictable schedule.

  • COMFORT & PRIVACYBeing in your own space can make it easier to open up and feel more at ease.

  • CONSISTENCYIt’s easier to show up regularly when therapy is more convenient and flexible for you.

  • LESS STRESS AROUND LOGISTICSNo traffic, no waiting rooms, no rushing to get somewhere on time.

  • ACCESS TO THE RIGHT FITYou’re not limited to therapists in your immediate area, which can make it easier to find someone who actually feels like a good match

How online therapy sessions work

Before your first online therapy session, your therapist will send you a secure video link. At your scheduled time, you’ll simply click the link from your phone or computer to join.

Once you’re in, we’ll meet just like we would in person, talking through what’s coming up, working on skills, and focusing on whatever you need support with that day.

Sessions usually run about 50 minutes.

All you really need is a quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection.

If you have any questions about online therapy, schedule a free call.

Your privacy is a priority.

All online therapy sessions are conducted through HIPAA-compliant, secure video platforms designed to protect your personal information.

Everything we discuss remains confidential, just as it would in an in-person therapy setting.
