ADHD Coaching
There is a way to work with — not against — your ADHD brain
When things feel hard and you find yourself procrastinating, lacking motivation, feeling scattered, dropping balls, having difficulty managing daily tasks, or staying regulated and feeling peaceful, it may be time to learn practical tools. No one’s ADHD “recipe” is the same. Learning to dance with your ADHD versus letting it trip you up, is possible.
At Green Fig, we offer ADHD coaching that’s tailored to your unique self.

What is ADHD coaching?
In ADHD coaching, we first identify your own “brand” of ADHD. Everyone’s is slightly different — we’ll collaborate to determine what trips you up the most so we can target the support you need. That way, we can develop effective strategies for achieving your goals.
ADHD coaching focuses on the practical side of making life work day-to-day. It targets challenges like getting started and following through on tasks, managing time realistically, staying organized, and prioritizing without overwhelm. We work on:
interrupting procrastination patterns,
navigating transitions, and
building routines that are actually sustainable.
Coaching also supports emotional regulation in the moment — especially around frustration, urgency, and shame — and provides accountability to help you stay consistent.
Strengths & challenges when you have ADHD
As someone with ADHD, you may be:
amazing in a crisis
a great problem-solver
able to see patterns & connections that others don’t
good at adapting to new challenges
super-productive under a deadline
But also have these challenges:
struggle to show up on time
have trouble keeping your space organized
get frazzled easily
lose or misplace things
find it hard to sustain energy for relationships
ADHD coaching helps you build the structures and habits to make your daily life actually work. The goal is to create systems that fit how your brain works. Over time, this rebuilds a sense of trust in your ability to follow throughs.
Life can be challenging, but you don't have to navigate it alone.
Most often, those with ADHD joined in criticizing themselves for continuing failure to “just make myself do it”... the erroneous assumption that symptoms of ADHD could be overcome with sufficient determination.

Benefits of ADHD coaching
ADHD coaching helps translate insight into consistent action.
Clients often experience improved follow-through on tasks, more realistic time management, and organizational systems that are simple enough to maintain. With support and accountability, procrastination becomes easier to interrupt, transitions feel less overwhelming, and daily routines become more sustainable.
Coaching also strengthens emotional regulation in the moment — especially around frustration, urgency, and shame — which reduces burnout and self-criticism.
Over time, many people notice increased confidence, a greater sense of control over their day-to-day life, and the ability to rely on themselves in ways that previously felt out of reach.
