Founded by a mother/daughter duo, our practice is built on the belief that every person carries strength and resilience within them — even if stress, trauma, or self-doubt sometimes block access to those resources.

About our name (Green Fig)

Figs have deep symbolic meaning in many religions, cultures, and literary traditions. Over thousands of years, figs have signified abundance, wisdom, growth, creativity, and the cycles of life.

The green fig in particular, not yet in its deep purple ripeness, is a symbol of readiness, calling, potential, the beginning of a new season.

We chose this name for our practice to honor our clients. They come to us at the edge of change, when old ways are no longing working. They are at the beginning of a new season and ready for things to shift.

Botanists know that fig trees thrive when they are pruned, watered deeply, rooted in nourishing soil, and get lots of light.

At Green Fig, we know being human requires similar care.
